This website is operated by Building Beta (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you register for the event, we collect the information needed to process your ticket: name, email address, organization, job title, and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment processor; full card numbers never touch our servers. When you contact us by email or form, we keep the correspondence. Our site may use cookies and analytics or advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics or the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to understand site traffic and measure advertising.

How we use it

Registration information is used to administer the event: tickets, communications about the event, catering counts, name badges, and attendee materials. We may send you information about future Building Beta events; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell attendee data.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the event (payment processing, email delivery, the venue for catering and safety counts) and where required by law. An attendee list (name, title, organization) may be shared with event speakers to prepare their sessions; it is not distributed publicly.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing shelly@building-beta.com. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link.
