Terms of Use
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Tickets and capacity
Tickets are sold subject to availability. Capacity is limited to 50 attendees. Founding pricing ends August 31, 2026 or when the first 10 seats are sold, whichever comes first. Standard registration runs from September 1, 2026 until registration closes on October 12, 2026. The Executive Table is limited to 8 attendees and may sell out before registration closes. The Pilot Team Pass admits three named attendees from the same organization.
Refunds and transfers
Tickets are fully transferable to a colleague at any time at no charge; email shelly@building-beta.com with the new attendee’s name. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all tickets are refunded in full. If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date or may be refunded on request.
Invoices and purchase orders
For team purchases or corporate payment processes, an invoice can be issued on request. Seats are held for 3 business days pending payment and are released if payment has not been received by then.
Accommodation
The event venue is a full-service hotel and a room block is available to attendees. Accommodation is booked directly with the hotel, and attendees are responsible for their own accommodation costs and for the hotel’s own booking and cancellation terms.
Program changes
The agenda, speakers, and venue are subject to change. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees by email.
